Role Overview : We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven sales professional to lead and scale our International Fresh Business segment. This role is focused on accelerating growth in existing international markets by improving conversion, optimizing funnels, and driving high-quality lead generation and closures. You will play a pivotal role in developing sales strategy, managing performance, and ensuring consistent month-on-month revenue growth from international geographies. Key Responsibilities : • Own and drive the international sales targets for the fresh (new customer) acquisition business. • Optimize existing sales processes to increase efficiency and conversion rates across geographies. • Build and mentor a high-performing international sales team; set clear KPIs and conduct performance reviews. • Analyze sales funnel data and identify improvement opportunities across various lead sources and stages. • Work closely with marketing to align on campaign strategy, lead quality, and messaging tailored for different regions. • Maintain deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor movements in priority international markets. • Represent the international sales voice in cross-functional strategic meetings, ensuring alignment on growth priorities. • Provide periodic reporting on progress, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership. Requirements: • 5–9 years of experience in a fast-paced sales leadership role, preferably with a focus on international markets and B2C/B2B sales. • A proven track record of managing targets, teams, and funnel optimization at scale. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team-building capabilities. • Experience in ed-tech is not required.
