Job Summary:

The Associate Account Manager will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, managing Tally Prime entries, handling GST filings, assisting with payroll, and ensuring compliance with company financial policies. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a commerce background and proficiency in Tally and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting entries in

  Tally Prime

• Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records
• Prepare and manage

  GST returns

  , TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Assist in preparing

  monthly financial reports

  and reconciliation statements
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment and invoice management
• Help manage

  payroll processing

  and employee reimbursements
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
• Maintain filing systems for all accounting-related documents
• Communicate with banks regarding company transactions when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com

  / graduate preferred (2024 or 2025 pass-out preferred)
• Proficient in

  Tally Prime

  and

  Microsoft Excel

• Basic knowledge of

  GST, TDS, and accounting standards

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Compensation & Growth:

• Internship Stipend (1st Month):

  ₹10,000

• Starting Salary (Post-Internship):

  12000-20000/month

• Performance-Based Growth:

  Up to 20% annual increment
