Job Title: Associate Account Manager Location: GK Almirah Office, Saurikh, District Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh Department: Finance & Accounts Reports To: Senior Accounts Manager / Business Head Job Summary: The Associate Account Manager will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, managing Tally Prime entries, handling GST filings, assisting with payroll, and ensuring compliance with company financial policies. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a commerce background and proficiency in Tally and Excel. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting entries in Tally Prime Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records Prepare and manage GST returns , TDS, and other statutory compliances Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and reconciliation statements Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment and invoice management Help manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation Maintain filing systems for all accounting-related documents Communicate with banks regarding company transactions when required Required Skills & Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com / graduate preferred (2024 or 2025 pass-out preferred) Proficient in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting standards Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks Good communication skills (verbal and written) Compensation & Growth: Internship Stipend (1st Month): ₹10,000 Starting Salary (Post-Internship): 12000-20000/month Performance-Based Growth: Up to 20% annual increment Opportunity for promotion based on efficiency, consistency, and integrity Why Join GK Almirah?
