Hiring | AVP Business Analyst (Data Analyst) – Pune

AVP Business Analyst (Data Analyst)

Experience: 8+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

Lead data-driven initiatives aligned with business goals and risk frameworks.
Define, prioritize, and implement data use cases and business data products.
Ensure strong data governance, quality, and risk controls.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and business teams to translate needs into solutions.
Perform data analysis, communicate insights clearly, and influence decision-making.
Monitor KPIs and recommend improvements.

Ideal Profile:

Experience in Business Analysis / Product Ownership in Data Analytics.
Proficient in Agile tools (JIRA, Trello) and UAT.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s in Business, Data Science, or related field.
Knowledge of financial crime domain is a plus.
