1. Assistant Vice President - Noida/NCR

Location: Noida/NCR

Salary: At par with Industry

Experience: More than 10 years

• Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base across the region.
• Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.
• Building strong relationships with key accounts in the region.
• Developing & implementing sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals.
• Prepare regular reports and conduct monthly meetings to review performance.
• Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities in the region.
• POS Recruitment target achievement.
• Coordination between POS and Insurer.
• Client Visit, POS Training, POS Servicing.

2. Senior Corporate Risk Manager - Noida/NCR

Location: Noida/NCR

Salary: At par with Industry

Experience: More than 3 years

Responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could threaten an organization's assets, earning capacity, or success. 

Developing and implementing risk management strategies, managing insurance policies and claims, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and corporate standards.

Identify and analyze potential risks related to business operations, financial exposure, legal liability, and property loss.

Evaluate and recommend insurance coverage to protect the organization against losses.

Manage relationships with insurance Agent, underwriters, and insurance company.

Coordinate insurance policy renewals, audits, and premium negotiations.

Oversee and manage insurance claims, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal insurance regulations.

Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and training programs.

Work cross-functionally with departments including finance, legal, operations.
