Assistant Vice President (AVP)

As an experienced and visionary Associate Vice President (AVP) for a skincare brand, your role will involve leading the growth, strategy, and operations of the brand across B2C and D2C channels. Your strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital-first business models, and brand building in the beauty and wellness sector will be crucial. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, ensuring seamless execution across platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute strategies to strengthen brand positioning and consumer reach in the skincare space. - Oversee D2C business operations including website, marketplaces, and omni-channel initiatives. - Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and operations teams for smooth go-to-market execution. - Develop initiatives to enhance customer experience, loyalty, and lifetime value. - Track and analyze business performance metrics, providing insights for optimizing efficiency and profitability. - Explore new growth opportunities such as partnerships, influencer collaborations, and product launches. - Build, guide, and mentor teams to ensure operational excellence and alignment with company objectives. - Stay updated with market trends, industry best practices, and competitor strategies to keep the brand ahead. - Represent the brand at industry events, networking platforms, and strategic discussions. Qualifications & Skills: - Masters/Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). - 10-15 years of experience in consumer brands, with strong exposure to D2C/e-commerce and B2C ecosystems (beauty/skincare/wellness preferred). - Proven expertise in brand building, digital strategy, and consumer engagement. - Strong leadership and team management skills with a collaborative approach.
