Assistant Vice President (AVP)

As an experienced and visionary Associate Vice President (AVP) in the skincare industry, your role will involve leading the growth, strategy, and operations of our brand through B2C and D2C channels. It is essential to have a strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital-first business models, and brand building within the beauty and wellness sector. Your responsibilities will include driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while ensuring seamless execution across various platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute strategies to enhance brand positioning and expand consumer reach in the skincare industry. - Oversee D2C business operations encompassing the website, marketplaces, and omni-channel initiatives. - Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and operations teams to facilitate smooth go-to-market execution. - Develop initiatives aimed at improving customer experience, fostering loyalty, and increasing lifetime value. - Track and analyze business performance metrics to provide insights for optimizing efficiency and profitability. - Explore new growth opportunities such as partnerships, influencer collaborations, and product launches. - Build, guide, and mentor teams to ensure operational excellence and alignment with company objectives. - Stay updated with market trends, industry best practices, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge. - Represent the brand at industry events, networking platforms, and strategic discussions. Qualifications & Skills: - Masters/Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 10-15 years of experience in consumer brands, with a strong exposure to D2C/e-commerce and B2C ecosystems, preferably within the beauty/skincare/wellness industry. - Proven expertise in brand building, digital strategy, and consumer engagement. - Strong leadership and team management skills with a collaborative approach.
