Job Title: Assistant to the Sales Director
Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales Director
Location: Regenta Baywatch Resort, Sernabatim, South Goa
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

The Assistant to the Sales Director provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Sales Director. This role plays a key part in streamlining sales processes, coordinating team activities, managing schedules, and ensuring effective communication between departments, clients, and the Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and email correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and performance dashboards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of sales materials, pricing updates, and promotional content.
  • Support in the development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain records of client interactions, contracts, and relevant documentation.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Follow up on action items from meetings and ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis as required.
  • Assist in onboarding and coordination with the sales team members.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders on behalf of the Sales Director.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar administrative or coordination role, preferably in a sales or business development environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in working with sales teams or within a target-driven environment.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
