Assistant Store Manager

Working closely with the Store Manager, your leadership will create a positive environment for both customers and team members. Your key responsibilities will include achieving sales targets by implementing strategies to meet and exceed monthly goals, delivering outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly, and staying updated on product offerings to provide informed recommendations. In terms of store operations and visual merchandising, you will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, overseeing inventory audits, ensuring the store's layout is appealing and aligns with brand standards, and adhering to company policies, safety protocols, and local regulations.
