Job Description

We’re looking for a responsible and energetic Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily operations at our 24x7 convenience store and café. The role involves managing staff, handling billing and inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining smooth store and café operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise store & café staff during shifts.
  • Manage billing, stock, and cash handling.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and product display.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues.
  • Support online orders & delivery coordination.
  • Prepare daily sales and stock reports.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, café, or QSR operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Flexible for day/night shifts.
