Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations. Manage a team of pickers, packers, loaders, and delivery staff to ensure smooth workflows. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for replenishment. Ensure timely order picking, packing, and dispatch to meet SLA targets. Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards within the store. Prepare and review daily operational reports and performance metrics. Train, motivate, and manage the on-ground workforce. Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution. Support audits, inventory checks, and stock reconciliations. Assist in cost control and productivity improvement initiatives. Manage shift scheduling, attendance, and manpower allocation.
