Job Title: Assistant Store Manager – Arcade Game Centre

We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about the entertainment industry. While previous supervisory experience is a significant advantage, we also welcome applications from driven, high-potential freshers who are eager to learn and grow into a management role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Floor Management:

• Assist the Store Manager in opening, closing, and managing all daily operations of the arcade.
• Act as the Manager on Duty in the Store Manager's absence, taking full responsibility for the center.
• Ensure all games, attractions, and point-of-sale systems are operational, troubleshooting minor issues and reporting technical faults promptly.
• Maintain the highest standards of store cleanliness, safety, organization, and visual presentation.

2. Team Leadership & Development:

• Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members (Guest Service Attendants, Technicians).
• Supervise, motivate, and mentor the team to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve performance goals.
• Help create staff schedules to ensure optimal floor coverage while managing labor costs.
• Provide constructive feedback and support team development.

3. Guest Experience & Sales:

• Lead by example in creating a welcoming and exciting atmosphere for all guests.
• Proactively engage with customers, explain game packages, and promote current offers to drive sales.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring guest satisfaction.

4. Financial & Administrative:

• Assist with cash handling procedures, including cash register reconciliation, bank deposits, and managing the prize inventory.
• Help monitor sales performance and assist in implementing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Manage inventory of prizes, redemption items, and operational supplies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience (Preferred): 1-2+ years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or a related customer-facing industry.
• Experience (Entry-Level): Motivated freshers with a degree (e.g., BBA, BCom, Hospitality Management) and demonstrable leadership potential (from projects, internships, or extra-curricular activities) are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Skills:

• Strong leadership and team-motivation abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, POS systems).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Availability: Must have flexible availability to work mall hours, which includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Attitude: A positive, energetic, and "lead-by-example" attitude is essential. A passion for gaming and entertainment is a huge plus!

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
