Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Actively source, develop, and manage business from corporate, group, and travel trade segments.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local and regional market.
Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and track progress in line with sales targets.
Support the implementation of sales strategies, promotions, and business plans aligned with IHG brand direction.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business.

Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and property show-rounds.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and prepare proposals, contracts, and rate agreements.
Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and client functions when required.

Revenue & Reporting:

Work closely with the Revenue and Front Office teams to optimize room inventory, rates, and availability.
Monitor competitor activity and provide regular market intelligence updates.
Achieve individual and team revenue targets as per the sales budget.
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.

Teamwork & Brand Standards:

Collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and client satisfaction.
Promote

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Hotel Management preferred.
Minimum 2 4 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in an international brand or limited-service hotel.

Strong understanding of local market dynamics and corporate account management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and hotel PMS/CRM systems.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
