Role Overview:
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and hands-on Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, owns targets like an entrepreneur, and can lead from the front. This role demands a mix of strategy, hustle, performance management, and deep customer understanding. You will be responsible for driving sales at our hybrid centers and/or managing online program enrolments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and achieve revenue targets from both online and offline hybrid channels
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of sales counsellors and executives
  • Design and execute growth strategies for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention
  • Ensure quality lead management, follow-ups, CRM hygiene, and pipeline tracking
  • Take ownership of center performance metrics (for offline), including walk-ins, closures, and productivity
  • Train and mentor sales teams on objection handling, pitch structure, product knowledge, and follow-up techniques
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and learning teams to align product market fit and feedback loops
  • Drive key initiatives for improving customer experience and building long-term relationships
  • Monitor competition and market trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly
  • Represent the company in student seminars, webinars, franchise partner meets, and investor events when required

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–6 years of proven B2C or B2B sales experience (EdTech/Fintech experience is a plus)
  • Previous experience in a startup or entrepreneurial role is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills
  • Proficient in CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Highly goal-oriented, self-driven, and takes complete ownership of targets
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and can hustle to get things done in a lean team
  • Passion for stock markets and financial education is a huge plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (for hybrid center audits or launches)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
