We are looking for an experienced Logistics Executive to join our Customer Support team and play an integral role in the successful execution of our logistics operations. The Logistics Executive will be responsible for overseeing our entire supply chain from the point of acquisition to delivery, as well as you'll be completely coordinate with the 3PL warehouse, managing our inventory. Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless transportation and distribution of goods. Monitor and analyse logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Coordinate and oversee end-to-end logistics operations, from procurement to final product delivery. Negotiate and manage relationships with logistics service providers to ensure cost-effective and timely services. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to enhance collaboration. Implement and enhance logistics procedures and policies to ensure compliance with regulations. Supervise a dedicated logistics team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve operational excellence.
