Square Yards has successfully expanded to global markets, including the Middle East, Australia, and Canada, contributing to a significant portion of its revenue. By leveraging data analytics and VR tools, Square Yards aims to disrupt traditional marketplaces and build the first MLS in India.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site and off-site role located in Mumbai for an Assistant Sales Manager. The day-to-day tasks include assisting the sales team in achieving targets, managing client relationships, conducting market research, preparing reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations. The role also involves leading client meetings, presenting solutions, and negotiating deals.

Qualifications

Sales and Client Relationship Management skills
Market Research and Analytical skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to prepare detailed reports and presentations
Leadership and team coordination skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the real estate or proptech industry is a plus
