Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Noida. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team with day-to-day tasks, maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing sales data. Duties will also include assisting in the preparation of sales presentations, tracking sales performance, and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient sales operations.

• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
• Proficiency in sales software and data management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills for assessing sales performance and market trends
• Ability to work collaboratively and support sales team members
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the food processing or packaging industry is an advantage
