Role: Assistant Manager - Real Estate & Partnerships Location: Gurugram (Full-Time, On-Site) Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and secure new facility locations in line with business growth plans. Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and real estate agents. Negotiate lease agreements and contractual terms to ensure favorable business outcomes. Establish and manage strategic partnerships that enhance Ultimutt’s service offerings and network reach. Conduct market research and site feasibility studies to guide location selection. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operational readiness of new facilities. Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the pet services and real estate space. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, property valuations, and location potential. Proven experience in partnership development and account management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging diverse stakeholders. Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ultimutt aims to deliver peace of mind for parents, happier life for their pets. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Gurugram. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Additional responsibilities include developing and executing employer branding initiatives, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and providing an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications Skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting one to three year experience in Hiring and Interviewing Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in technology or related industries is a plus
