Role Description

Customer Relations Specialist.

Managing customer interactions,

Ensuring customer satisfaction, and

Retaining customers.

Daily tasks will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing excellent customer service, and supporting customers through various communication channels.

• Strong Communication and Customer Support skills
• Proficient Customer Service skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the pet services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
