Role Overview: You will be joining SHAILJA, a leading manufacturer of windows and doors in India with a strong presence in the luxury retail segment for the past 20 years. Your role as a Customer Relationship Executive will involve engaging with key customers to build and maintain trusting relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure maximum client satisfaction through strategic and analytical problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers. - Oversee the relationships managed by your team. - Resolve customer complaints efficiently. - Keep customers informed about the latest products to drive sales. - Collaborate with managers to plan strategically. - Expand the customer base through upselling and cross-selling. - Understand individual customer needs and address them effectively. - Conduct business reviews using CRM programs. - Stay informed about competitors and adjust strategies accordingly. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in administration or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in customer relationship role. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft applications. - Strong product knowledge. - Team player with leadership abilities. - Positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
