Role Overview

As a Customer Relations Intern, you will be the first point of contact for leads and clients. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build trust quickly, and a focus on converting prospects into satisfied clients. You'll guide clients through onboarding and provide support during your internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound client leads and respond to queries promptly
• Convert prospects into paying clients through clear, consultative communication
• Assist clients during onboarding and ensure smooth setup
• Provide ongoing support and maintain strong client relationships
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer experience

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Telugu (required)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn in a startup environment
• Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
• Students, fresh graduates, or early career professionals are encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required
