Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Gurugram. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Additional responsibilities include developing and executing employer branding initiatives, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and providing an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
• one to three year experience in Hiring and Interviewing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in technology or related industries is a plus
