Job Overview:

Rana Infracon India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth through effective lead conversion and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the sales team to achieve targets and business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
• Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Provide training and guidance to the sales team to improve performance.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Ensure prompt follow-ups on leads and timely closure of sales deals.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
• Prepare sales reports and performance reviews for management.
• Handle client queries and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales (Real Estate sector preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Good understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
