Job Title: Business Associate – Real Estate Location: Pune| Mumbai | Delhi NCR | Chandigarh Department: Sales & Business Development Reporting To: Business Development Manager / Sales Head Employment Type: Full-Time / Commission-Based Experience Required: 2–3 Years in Real Estate Sales (Mandatory) Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Associate with a proven track record in real estate sales. The role is purely commission-based (no fixed salary) with earning potential of up to 5% per unit sold. Ideal candidates should be confident closers, excellent at client handling, and knowledgeable about local property markets. Key Responsibilities: Generate qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, and networking. Handle client inquiries, conduct property presentations, and manage site visits. Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective buyers and investors. Guide clients through the entire sales process – from inquiry to documentation and booking. Stay updated on market trends, project launches, and competitor offerings Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance to senior management. Coordinate with back-end teams to ensure smooth deal closure and post-sale support. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial). Proven sales record and client conversion capabilities. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Good understanding of local property market and RERA regulations. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork. Graduate in any stream; MBA or relevant diploma is an added advantage. Income Structure: No Fixed Salary – This is a purely commission-based role. Earn up to 5% of the total sale value on each successful deal.
