About the Role:

We’re looking for smart, driven, and well-spoken Asst. Sales Manager with prior sales experience to handle site visits, client follow-ups, and closures for premium commercial properties. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their need and with channel partners to get more customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers, attend walk-ins, explain the projects, and close the deals.
  • Handle walk-in and scheduled site visits.
  • Act as the single point of contact for clients from post-site visit till final sale closure.
  • Understand client requirements and offer suitable property solutions.
  • Regular follow-ups with prospects and active pipeline management.
  • Coordinate with developers and internal teams for inventory updates and deal support.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Work with operations, marketing and finance teams to ensure the work is done.
  • Work in collaboration with the marketing and CRM teams for effective lead follow-up.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and take strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
  • Candidates with a Real Estate background will be given priority.
