Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in running digital campaigns for a real-estate form. The candidate will lead our online marketing efforts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to generate qualified leads and strengthen Realtians online presence in the real estate domain. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies for property campaigns. Manage paid advertising across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and Taboola. Oversee lead generation campaigns and ensure high-quality lead flow for sales teams. Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and copywriting to maximize ROI. Track, analyse, and report performance metrics (CTR, CPL, Conversion Rate, etc.). Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and retargeting campaigns. Coordinate with creative teams for content, graphics, and video marketing. Stay updated with real estate trends, competitor strategies, and digital innovations. Manage the company’s social media presence and brand positioning. Work closely with Sales & Management to align marketing objectives with business goals. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2–4 years of hands-on experience in real estate digital marketing. Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEO tools. Strong understanding of lead funnels, targeting, and campaign optimization. Excellent command over copywriting, ad creatives, and marketing communication. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
