Job Summery

Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Generate new leads and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event organizers, and other key partners.
• Conduct regular sales calls, property visits, and presentations to promote the brand.
• Support the Sales Manager in negotiating contracts and managing key accounts.
• Work closely with operations and reservations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events when required.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 3-5 years in a sales role within a reputed hotel or resort (mandatory).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Consistent career progression with proven tenure in previous roles.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.
• Knowledge of local and national corporate, MICE, and travel trade markets.
