About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and highly skilled Visual Storyteller to bring our hotels and destinations to life through compelling photos and videos. This is a travel-based role — you’ll visit our stunning hotel locations across India, where your stay, food, and travel will be fully taken care of. You’ll be responsible for capturing content that aligns with our brand standards, while also being given the creative freedom to express your artistic vision. This is more than a job — it's an opportunity to tell beautiful stories, explore unique places, and become the visual voice of a boutique hospitality brand.

Key Responsibilities

 Travel to different hotel locations across India to capture high-quality photos and videos.

 Conceptualize and execute visual content aligned with our brand tone and style guide.

 Shoot content tailored for social media (Reels, Stories, Posts), website, and campaign use.

 Edit videos using trending formats suitable for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.

 Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to plan content as per property

highlights and seasonal campaigns.

 Deliver edited assets in a timely manner while maintaining brand consistency.

 Maintain organized content archives for each property.

Who You Are

 A visual artist with a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling.

 Passionate about travel, design, people, and hospitality.

 Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive.

 Comfortable working independently on the go.

Requirements

 Strong portfolio in photography and videography, preferably in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle.

 Expertise in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.

 Proven experience in editing social-first video content (Reels, Shorts, Stories, etc.).

 Up-to-date with current social media trends and editing styles.

 Ability to travel extensively across India (minimum 10-15 days/month, if needed).

 Excellent time management and project delivery skills.

 Bonus: Drone photography/videography skills.
