Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Tirur, for an Assistant Sales Manager. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales revenue, developing new client relationships, and maintaining existing ones. They will oversee sales targets, monitor market trends, and implement appropriate strategies to achieve business goals. The individual will collaborate with the sales team, coordinate with other departments, and ensure optimal customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills with an ability to meet and exceed targets
Proficiency in marketing, customer relationship management, and client servicing
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Analytical thinking and ability to interpret market data and trends
Leadership and team coordination abilities to effectively mentor and manage a team
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Prior experience in financial services or sales is a plus
