Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales teams, developing and implementing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring sales performance, providing coaching and training to sales staff, building and maintaining customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and preparing sales reports.

Qualifications

Sales management, strategy development, and team leadership skills
Experience in customer relationship management and market analysis
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Previous experience in real estate sales is a plus
Ability to work on-site in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
