Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales operations and help drive business growth. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the sales team, developing client relationships, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve targets.
Handle client inquiries, property presentations, and site visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for lead follow-ups and conversions.
Supervise and support sales executives to meet individual and team goals.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Ensure smooth client documentation and post-sale coordination.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in sales (Real Estate experience preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving results.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
