country. It is based in Mumbai but executes projects across India. Ahdityaa Enterrprises was

started as initiative to offer energy efficient solutions in the field of lighting. Soon, the company

diversified into a wide range of products and services ranging from Led lighting, Electrical

Contracts, CCTV and access control to Signage and Branding solutions and Sun Control and

Safety films.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Manager in planning and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Manage, motivate, and guide the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Support in market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and provide performance feedback to team members.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
• Ensure timely resolution of client queries and concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to coordinate promotional campaigns.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• 4–5 years of proven sales experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
