Job Description

Role Overview The Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) supports the Restaurant Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, delivering excellent customer service, managing staff performance, and maintaining Wow! Momo standards. This role acts as the second-in-command of the outlet, handling responsibility during RM’s absence and supporting store profitability and efficiency. Key Responsibilities 1. Store Operations Support Assist in managing day-to-day store operations across all shifts. Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene standards, food safety, and Wow! Momo brand guidelines. Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure quick resolution. Conduct shift briefings, ensure workstation readiness, and manage floor efficiency. 2. Sales & Business Performance Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving monthly sales targets. Drive upselling, offers, and promotional campaigns effectively. Monitor sales trends and assist in implementing improvement strategies. Maintain customer satisfaction scores and drive repeat walk-ins. 3. Team Handling (6–10 Staff Members) Supervise, guide, and motivate team members, captains, and shift leaders. Assist in manpower planning, shift scheduling, and attendance management. Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and performance of the team. Support training, on-job learning, and skill enhancement initiatives. 4. Inventory & Cost Management Assist in daily inventory checks, stock ordering, receiving, and maintaining par levels. Monitor wastage, consumption, and reduce pilferage. Maintain stock accuracy and support monthly stock audits. Follow cost-control measures to maintain store profitability. 5. Compliance & Audit Readiness Ensure store compliance with FSSAI, safety protocols, and audit parameters. Maintain checklists, logs, and documentation as per operations standards. Report equipment issues and coordinate for timely repairs. 6. Cash & Administration Support in billing accuracy, cash handling, and deposit management. Maintain daily sales reports and assist in operational documentation. Coordinate with HR, Supply Chain, Finance, and Regional Teams for store needs. Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and people management Excellent communication & customer service Sales-driven approach Inventory & cost control knowledge Problem-solving & decision-making abilities Understanding of QSR operations preferred Education & Experience Minimum Graduate (Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred) 1–3 years of QSR or Restaurant Operations experience
