Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team, with 8-15 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
