Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager, located in Gurugram (Haryana). The role involves overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant and maintaining high standards of service. Responsibilities include managing food and beverage services, supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting in hiring and training team members. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency and high-quality customer service standards.

• Ability to manage and oversee Food & Beverage operations
• Skills in Communication and interpersonal interactions
• Experience in Hiring and training staff
• Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry
• Prior experience in restaurant management is an advantage
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
