Position 1: Assistant Manager (Restaurant Operations) Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years in the restaurant or hospitality industry Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow Manage staff schedules, performance, and discipline Handle customer service issues and ensure guest satisfaction Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely order delivery Monitor inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards Prepare daily reports on sales, performance, and operations Skills Required: Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively Position 2: Sales Executive (Restaurant Business Development) Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 years in restaurant, food, or hospitality sales Key Responsibilities: Generate business through partnerships, events, and promotions Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and vendors Work on increasing restaurant visibility through marketing campaigns Manage customer feedback and drive repeat business Support management in achieving monthly sales targets Skills Required: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in B2C/B2B sales in the F&B industry preferred Target-oriented and proactive attitude Preferred Candidates: Candidates with prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry will be given preference.
