About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations, ensure excellent guest service, and assist in managing staff and restaurant standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Ensure smooth functioning of front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, food quality, and service.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
• Supervise staff schedules, attendance, discipline, and performance.
• Train and guide team members to deliver exceptional service experience.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
• Monitor inventory, coordinate with vendors, and manage cost control.
• Take responsibility during peak hours and in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
• Maintain billing accuracy, cash handling, and daily reporting.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B, QSR, Casual Dining, or Restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership, team handling, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills (English required).
• Knowledge of POS systems, billing, inventory, and restaurant reporting.
• Customer service oriented with problem-solving ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
