Floor Manager

Job Overview

The Floor Manager will lead restaurant operations while focusing on business growth, customer satisfaction, and brand promotion. This role blends operational control with proactive business development, ensuring a seamless guest experience and increased footfall through strong customer engagement and marketing initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Operations & Floor Management

- Oversee daily floor activities, ensuring excellent guest service and smooth functioning.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen, service, and bar teams.- Maintain hygiene, ambiance, and safety standards of the restaurant.- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints courteously.- Monitor staff performance and ensure service quality consistency.

B. Business Development & Marketing

- Drive revenue growth by implementing innovative footfall-increasing strategies.
- Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and regular guests.- Promote special offers, events, and loyalty programs to attract new customers.- Handle reservations, group bookings, and private events efficiently.- Collaborate with marketing teams to boost online presence and customer reviews.- Analyze customer trends and prepare reports for management.

C. Team Management

- Supervise and motivate front-of-house teams to ensure top-quality service.
- Conduct regular staff briefings, trainings, and grooming checks.- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a positive work environment.

Key Skills & Attributes

- Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
- Smart personality with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.- Proven record in business development or hospitality sales.- Customer-centric, energetic, and result-oriented approach.- Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office.- Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and deliver under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
