Job Summary:

HR Assistant – Recruiter


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
  • Post job advertisements on internal and external platforms.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Communicate with candidates regarding application status, interview details, and feedback.
  • Support in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
  • Help maintain HR databases, employee files, and recruitment trackers.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies as needed.
  • Support HR team in other administrative and recruitment-related tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).
  • Strong experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Fluent in

    English and Hindi

    with outstanding verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
  • Prior experience in remote recruitment or international hiring is a plus.
