Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant – Recruiter to support our recruitment and hiring processes in India Region. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining records, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels. Post job advertisements on internal and external platforms. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Communicate with candidates regarding application status, interview details, and feedback. Support in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents. Help maintain HR databases, employee files, and recruitment trackers. Liaise with recruitment agencies as needed. Support HR team in other administrative and recruitment-related tasks. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency). Strong experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.). Fluent in English and Hindi with outstanding verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup. Prior experience in remote recruitment or international hiring is a plus.
