Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Looking for designated Assistant Manager Quality who conduct quality audits to identify areas of improvement in processes and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead a team of quality professionals to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction, product quality, and process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product defects or non-conformities.

Job Requirements :

  • 7-15 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) in the Engineering & Construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of QC tools such as 7QC, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), Ishikawa Diagram etc. .
  • Excellent people handling skills for effective team management and leadership.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful quality improvement initiatives.
