Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Looking for designated Assistant Manager Quality who conduct quality audits to identify areas of improvement in processes and procedures.
Develop and implement effective quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Lead a team of quality professionals to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction, product quality, and process efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product defects or non-conformities.

Job Requirements :

7-15 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) in the Engineering & Construction industry.
Strong understanding of QC tools such as 7QC, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), Ishikawa Diagram etc. .
Excellent people handling skills for effective team management and leadership.
Proven track record of implementing successful quality improvement initiatives.
