Assistant Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Synram Software Services Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to successfully execute projects from initiation to delivery. With a focus on organization and results, you will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Key Responsibilities: - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals. - Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. - Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless project execution. - Track and report project progress, milestones, and performance metrics. - Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. - Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. - Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders. - Maintain documentation including project charters, status reports, meeting notes, and post-project evaluations. - Lead regular project meetings and provide timely updates to senior leadership. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field. - 3+ years of proven experience in project management. - Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred. - Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello. - Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with budgeting, data analysis, and reporting tools. - Working knowledge of tools like Slack, Notion, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
