Role Description

This role is for an Assistant Project Manager responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to ensure objectives are met on time and within scope. In this position, you will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to assist in organizing tasks, tracking progress, and maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

The Assistant Project Manager plays a key role in ensuring that project activities are aligned with established plans and timelines. You will support day-to-day project coordination by helping manage schedules, monitor deliverables, and ensure that tasks are completed according to defined requirements and priorities.

Key responsibilities include assisting with project planning activities, preparing project documentation, and tracking milestones, risks, and action items. You will help gather project information, update status reports, and support meetings by preparing agendas, notes, and follow-up items.
