Job Description

Project Planning and Coordination

    • Assist in the development of project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Execution and Monitoring

      :
    • Support the Project Manager in executing project plans and monitoring progress against established timelines and milestones.
    • Conduct regular site visits to assess project status, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
    • Budget Management

      :
    • Assist in preparing project budgets and forecasts, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend adjustments to project plans as necessary.
    • Stakeholder Communication

      :
    • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.
    • Prepare and present project updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
    • Quality Assurance

      :
    • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications as outlined in project plans.
    • Conduct inspections and assessments to verify compliance with design and regulatory requirements.
    • Risk Management

      :
    • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with the Project Manager.
    • Maintain a risk register and ensure that all team members are aware of potential issues and their impact on project timelines.
    • Documentation and Reporting

      :
    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
    • Assist in preparing project completion reports and lessons learned documentation for future reference.
    • Team Collaboration

      :
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and finance, to ensure successful project outcomes.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment among project team members.
