Role Overview

Assistant Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute

  end-to-end store projects

  from layout approval to final handover.
• Supervise

  on-site construction work

  , including civil, electrical, branding, and fixtures.
• Liaise with

  vendors, architects, mall teams

  , and internal stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Maintain

  project timelines

  , manage budgets, and track cost sheets with accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to

  design guidelines, brand aesthetics

  , and functional requirements.
• Prepare and share

  daily/weekly site progress reports

  with the central project team.
• Conduct

  quality checks

  during key milestones and ensure proper handover documentation.
• Support in sourcing, negotiating, and onboarding local vendors when needed.
• Coordinate

  store opening readiness

  —fixtures, lighting, branding, IT setup, and snagging.
• Travel frequently within the assigned region (Delhi NCR / Bangalore) for site visits and follow-up

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in

  Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture

  , or related field.

• 2–4 years

  of experience in

  retail fit-outs, store expansion

  , or project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of

  construction materials, vendors, BOQs, and layout drawings

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel

  , and project tracking tools.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple site executions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, vendor negotiation, and documentation skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned city and nearby regions.
