Assistant Project Manager

As an Assistant Project Manager at Cywarden Global Services Pvt Ltd., you will play a key role in supporting cybersecurity initiatives by assisting in planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure timely delivery. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. - Monitoring project progress and maintaining documentation. - Assisting in resource allocation and budgeting. - Supporting senior project managers in identifying and mitigating project risks. - Ensuring clear communication between technical and non-technical teams. - Conducting follow-ups on tasks and deliverables. Qualifications & Skills: - 1-2 years of project management experience, preferably in IT or cybersecurity. - Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. - Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and IT project workflows (preferred but not mandatory). - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus but not required.
