Job Title: Cybersecurity Sales Specialist / Business Development Executive Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Cybersecurity or AI Sales Location: Mohali(on-site) Job Summary: We are hiring an experienced and results-driven Cybersecurity Sales Specialist / Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. This role focuses on generating leads, pitching cybersecurity solutions, and closing high-impact deals with clients primarily based in the US, Canada, and Europe. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, industry events, and networking. Engage and build relationships with decision-makers in mid-size to large enterprises. Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations for cybersecurity solutions. Work with technical teams to draft and present customized proposals and SOWs. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet/exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain long-term client relationships and provide post-sales support. Stay updated on industry trends, threats, and competitors. Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback for strategic improvements. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in Cybersecurity, AI, or SaaS. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and solutions. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Comfortable working with international clients across time zones. Preferred Skills: Experience selling to US, Canadian, or European clients Familiarity with cybersecurity terms, SOWs, and proposal documentation Participation in cybersecurity or AI conferences (virtual or in-person) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Night shift Ability to commute/relocate: Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Shift availability: Night Shift (Required) Work Location: In person
