Also having sound understanding of the impact of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing settings within the construction proces s.Job Descripti onAbout the Role : Actively engage in initial design development, review & coordination of MEP Services and assess constructability of the desig n.Review legal and statutory compliance of design and follow up on obtaining approvals in tim e.Prepare and verify BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material take-offs from IFC drawing s.Ensure all materials and equipment meet the technical specifications and approval s.Assist procurement team in preparing technical submittals for vendors and subcontractor s.Co-ordinate with all disciplines of Services Desi gnEnsure Contractors submit shop drawings and obtain approva l.Ensure conditions of approvals are implemented at site during execution in a timely and sequential manne r.Execute services work as per the drawings, specification in line with schedule and qualit y.Provide value addition in the selection of vendors & local material supply vendors in line with the agreed procurement process with the Clien t.Responsible for installation, testing and commissioning of equipment related to all service (Electrical/HVAC/Plumbing ,Firefightin g)Manage handovers, ensuring that all works are complete as per vendor contracts, receipt of all relevant documents like manuals and test certificates, as built drawing s.Initiate Training to taking over team through Contractor, Consultan ts About Yo u: B.E BE Electrical/Mech with 4 to 10 years of experience particularly in warehouse / industrial projec ts.Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural wo rksExcellent organizational and motivational ski llsOutstanding attention to detail and observation abil ityExceptional communication and interpersonal abilit ies Why join Cushman & Wakefie ld?
