Assistant Project Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Solar Manager to lead and oversee solar power projects from inception to commissioning. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on project execution experience in the solar energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end project management of solar PV installations (rooftop and/or ground-mounted).
• Coordinate with internal design, procurement, and execution teams to meet timelines.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Site inspections, BOQ verification (optional), and progress reporting.
• Handle project documentation, budgets, and risk management.
• Manage teams of engineers, site supervisors, and contractors on ground.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2+ years experience in project execution within the solar energy sector.
• Solar Experience Mandatory
• Excellent communication, vendor management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel frequently to project sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
