Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing project scopes, goals, and deliverables.

• Design, develop, and oversee projects related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.

• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Develop project plans and track milestones and deliverables.

• Prepare status reports and summarize relevant information.

• Establish and maintain client relationships, addressing queries and concerns.

• Support project team management and facilitate meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology (Mechanical) from a reputed institution.

• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools.

• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction processes.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
